What exactly is happening?
In an automated process, modern robots take over a task that was previously carried out mainly by hand: handling small load carriers (KLTs) and other reusable containers during the cleaning process.

An employee uses a forklift to place a pallet of uncleaned containers onto a conveyor belt. From that point on, the machine takes over:
A robot picks the containers from the pallet one by one and places them precisely into the washing system. There, the KLTs are thoroughly cleaned – efficiently, environmentally friendly, and to a consistently high quality standard.

At the end of the washing line, the next assistant is already waiting: another robot that removes the clean containers and stacks them properly onto a new pallet. The result: a fully automated, seamless cleaning process with minimal manual intervention.

Why are we using robotics?
The introduction of this technology serves a clear goal: to ease the workload for our employees. Handling the containers – which is heavy, repetitive, and physically demanding – is now taken over by machines. This allows our staff to focus on essential, value-adding tasks such as quality assurance, process optimization, or new customer projects.
